By participating in the St. Gregory School Auction, you agree that all bids are binding and that the highest bid at closing (online/silent) or the auctioneer’s final call (live) constitutes a confirmed purchase. Payment is due at checkout and will be charged to the payment method on file. All sales are final, with no returns, exchanges, refunds, or chargebacks except as required by law. Items are sold “as is,” and all restrictions, blackout dates, expiration dates, and availability are determined by the donor/provider; bidders are responsible for reviewing item details prior to bidding. Items must be picked up or delivered as directed, and any unclaimed items by the stated deadline may be forfeited and treated as a donation. The Auction Committee and/or Auctioneer reserves the right to resolve disputes and correct clerical or technical errors.
